Value Mining Expert (Material Management)

Responsibilities

• Use Celonis process mining to analyze real-world process usage within Alstom tools (SAP ECC, Basware, Ariba, etc.)
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop Celonis models that represent core business processes
• Identify, qualify, and quantify inefficiencies, non-compliance, and quality issues in process execution
• Create and manage dashboards to visualize process findings and performance metrics
• Partner with business units to interpret results and implement corrective actions to increase productivity and cash flow
• Define, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of process improvement actions
• Present results and realized value to senior management

Requirements

• 4 to 9 years of global professional experience
• 2 to 3 years of specialized expertise in Process Mining
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules: MM, QM, and WM
• Proven ability in data preparation, analysis, and root cause identification
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex recommendations to stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Celonis
• Experience in Procurement, Quality, or Logistics functional domains
