Value Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to develop tailored value propositions and ROI models for strategic enterprise opportunities.
• Engage with executive stakeholders, including CIOs and CFOs, to quantify business impact and translate product capabilities into commercial outcomes.
• Support high-impact enterprise pursuits by identifying value drivers, operational pain points, and transformation opportunities.
• Design and maintain scalable ROI and value engineering frameworks, including industry benchmarks and assessment tools.
• Enable sales teams through training, workshops, and the creation of scalable value-based selling assets.
• Analyze customer success metrics and industry trends to develop outcome-focused case studies and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Experience in Value Engineering, Management Consulting, or Strategic Pre-Sales.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to build financial models and quantify business outcomes.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise SaaS or technology sales cycles.
• Ability to engage credibly with senior executives and economic buyers.
• Exceptional analytical, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value narratives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in PropTech or enterprise platform environments.
• Exposure to commercial real estate, property management, or investment management.
• Background in consulting focused on digital transformation or technology strategy.
• Proven track record of developing TCO models and executive business cases.
