Value Engineer, AI Success

Responsibilities

• Lead business value assessments for large deals to identify key drivers and quantify the value of OpenAI products.
• Build and maintain standardized ROI, TCO, and value modeling tools for internal and customer use.
• Conduct structured value discovery to identify high-impact use cases and define measurable outcomes.
• Publish executive-ready business cases to strengthen relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Codify value frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets to scale value-based selling globally.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to track and communicate value delivery.
• Partner with Account Directors and post-sale teams to influence deal strategy, renewals, and expansion.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in value engineering, management consulting, or adjacent roles.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience presenting value to executive stakeholders.
• Experience working on large-scale AI, cloud, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Exceptional executive presence with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into compelling financial and productivity narratives.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and operating in a 0→1 environment.
