Valuations/Pricing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing and valuations operations, including processes, activities, and timelines
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Security Valuations team to ensure adherence to established procedures
• Execute appropriate controls supported by documented policies and procedures
• Handle client calls, including daily, weekly, and governance meetings, and manage escalations
• Review and approve process documents, SOPs, metrics, and checklists with onshore counterparts
• Provide timely data, reporting, and analytics to senior management and key stakeholders
• Lead the team in identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance process efficiency
• Manage team performance, conduct appraisals, and foster an inspiring, open communication culture
• Coordinate and conduct Call tree and Annual BCP tests

Requirements

• Masters in Finance and Management
• 8-12 years of experience in Security Valuations or Pricing for Hedge Funds, Reference Data Setup, or Capital Markets
• Proven experience managing a team of 10-15 members
• Strong domain knowledge in Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, and IDC
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts (US/NA shifts)
