Valuations/Pricing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage pricing and valuation operations, including timelines, activities, and process compliance
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the security valuations team to ensure adherence to documented procedures
• Handle client calls, governance, and escalations on a daily and weekly basis
• Ensure execution of appropriate controls and timely review of SOPs, metrics, and checklists
• Provide data, reporting, and analytics to senior management and key stakeholders
• Lead the team through process enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor team performance, conduct appraisals, and manage training needs and coaching
• Coordinate Business Continuity Planning (BCP) tests and call tree testing

Requirements

• Masters degree in Finance and Management
• 8-12 years of experience in Security Valuations, Pricing, or Capital Markets
• Proven experience managing a team of 10-15 members
• Strong domain knowledge in Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
• Proficiency in Bloomberg, Reuters, and IDC
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work night shifts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
