Valuations/Pricing - Assistant Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Security Valuations function, overseeing a team of approximately 100 members across multiple locations
• Oversee day-to-day activities including portfolio-level pricing for Equity, Fixed Income, OTC, and Exchange-traded Derivatives
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and coordinate with external auditors
• Drive process re-engineering, standardization, and automation initiatives, including exposure to RPA and AI
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and industry developments through Risk Excellence
• Provide timely data, reporting, and analysis to senior management and key stakeholders

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Management
• 12-15 years of experience in Pricing, Settlements, Middle Office Operations, or Capital Market Operations
• Proven experience managing large, multi-location teams
• Strong product knowledge across Equity, Fixed Income, and Derivatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
