Valuation, Modelling and Economics Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of valuation projects and manage interactions with client management and senior EY-Parthenon members
• Prepare high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and client discussions
• Communicate effectively with engagement leads and the wider team to ensure work products meet the highest standards
• Apply logical thinking and creative problem-solving to resolve complex issues
• Assist senior team members in business development and new client acquisition
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and technical knowledge sharing to junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, strategic planning, or financial modelling
• Strong analytical, numeracy, and intellectual rigour
• Proven project management and organizational skills
• Experience managing client relationships and identifying business opportunities
• Proficiency in data analytics tools, data visualization, and database software
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• Fluency in both Turkish and English
