Validation Technician – Pharma Calibrator

Responsibilities

• Execute technical qualification, validation, and calibration of instruments and equipment within pharmaceutical production processes
• Write, execute, and compile qualification/validation tests and protocols
• Compile and review test reports
• Calibrate and certify measuring instruments used in production processes
• Use sample instrumentation for physical parameter measurement and control
• Perform environmental monitoring tests and thermal mapping
• Collaborate with validation/calibration teams and client departments including Engineering, Maintenance, and QA

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in pharmaceutical validation and equipment within GMP environments
• Knowledge of sterile production environments, facilities, utilities, and equipment
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments for physical quantities
• Ability to read technical documentation such as P&ID, electrical diagrams, layouts, and data sheets
• Knowledge of metrology concepts and validation protocols
• Familiarity with IT systems including BMS, SCADA, automated systems, and SAP
• Good command of the English language
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
