Validation Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate system testing activities, including System Verification & Validation and System Integration Testing.
• Develop and execute the System Integration, Verification, and Validation test strategy to ensure optimal feature coverage.
• Manage System Validation sub-project teams, including Technical Leads and service coordinators.
• Oversee the project budget and approve necessary purchases for the validation team.
• Coordinate the development of test tool environments (SIL, HIL, VIL) to ensure Functional Safety compliance.
• Monitor progress against the overall validation schedule and manage risks through the System Level Issue Resolution process.
• Deliver key project documentation, including System Validation Project Reports (SVPR) and Baseline Audit Documents.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in automotive-related projects.
• 3+ years of management experience specifically within automotive projects.
• Strong knowledge of system and vehicle validation activities.
• Proven experience in test management, including test campaign planning, effort estimation, and test bench build-up.
• Hands-on experience with HIL, SIL, and VIL setup and methodologies.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with a strong understanding of the Agile mindset.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at a B2 (Upper Intermediate) level or higher.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience specifically in System Validation projects.
• Practical experience working with Automated Driving (AD) related features.
