Validation Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and drive validation activities for production facilities, laboratories, and equipment
• Coordinate teams of validation engineers
• Drive qualifications from VMP and VP to DQ and IQ/OQ/PQ
• Guide and develop junior colleagues by sharing expertise
• Work closely with customers in various environments to ensure safe and efficient commissioning

Requirements

• Engineering or science degree (e.g., chemistry, biotechnology, or similar)
• At least two years of practical experience in validation or qualification
• Solid, practical GMP knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to commute within the Mälardalen region
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with junior colleagues
• Strong collaborative spirit
• Valid Category B driver's license
