Responsibilities

• Welcome clients upon arrival at the main hotel entrance
• Maintain excellent client relations with confidentiality and discretion
• Attend to client needs and expectations
• Transport luggage to guest rooms
• Park, provide, and clean client vehicles
• Manage shuttle service follow-ups
• Assist with various concierge tasks such as errands and mail

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License (Category B) held for more than 2 years
• Proficiency in English and other languages
• Ability to drive safely in snowy conditions
• Conscientious, helpful, and friendly demeanor
• Experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a plus
