About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate vehicles safely and responsibly while collecting and labeling keys
- Greet guests and escort them to guestrooms via foot or golf cart
- Assist guests with luggage and heavy items
- Provide information regarding resort programming, dining, and local attractions
- Respond to guest questions and proactively assist with service needs
- Coordinate with housekeeping and amenity delivery teams
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Perform clerical duties including organizing guest vehicle paperwork
- Ensure guest confidentiality and security
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail with minimal supervision
- Commitment to exceptional guest satisfaction
- Proven safe driver with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience driving manual and automatic transmissions
- 2+ years of experience as a valet, bell person, or doorperson
- Valid California driver’s license with an acceptable MVR
