Valet

Responsibilities

• Park and deliver vehicles to and from the garage basement promptly, efficiently, and safely
• Drive in a safe and responsible manner at all times
• Return guest vehicles in the same condition as they were left
• Lock cars and return keys with properly marked tags to the lock box
• Complete valet tickets including inspecting the exterior for damage
• Report vehicle damages immediately to management
• Assist guests with vehicle problems or direct them to concierge
• Maintain a clean and orderly valet area
• Assist at the front door as requested by Doorperson or Bellperson
• Assist with collection of monies for hourly parking and reconciliation for overnight parking

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Driver’s License with no violations
• Ability to drive a stick shift car
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
