Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, open doors, and offer additional assistance
• Complete car claim tickets and drive vehicles to designated valet lots
• Reverse park cars and maintain situational awareness
• Retrieve and safely return cars to customers while verifying ownership and condition
• Handle payment transactions accurately
• Provide exceptional guest experiences to exceed expectations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a valet including customer service and key management
• Proficiency in reverse parking and minimization of damage/liability
• Strong knowledge of luxury cars and car culture
• Ability to drive standard and manual transmission vehicles
• Current driver’s license and ability to pass MVR
• Ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work weekend evening shifts
