Valet Attendant

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests enthusiastically at the main entrance
• Manage vehicle parking by retrieving and returning cars promptly and safely
• Maintain driveway traffic flow to ensure accessibility for passengers and luggage
• Assist the Bellman with lifting and transporting guest luggage
• Provide clear information regarding parking rates, hotel services, and local attractions
• Answer entrance telephones and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Hawaii Driver’s License and a clean Driver’s Abstract
• Ability to lift, carry, and move luggage or packages weighing 50+ pounds
• Sufficient manual dexterity to load and unload luggage
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods
• Strong communication skills in English to assist guests and manage documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in valet services
• Previous experience in guest services or the hospitality industry
