Vaccines Activation Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and activation of Sanofi's vaccine portfolio across private channels including travel vaccination and seasonal influenza
• Build strong partnerships with private clinics, travel clinics, occupational health providers, and pharmacies
• Execute territory plans to improve vaccine coverage and customer engagement
• Build and maintain a network of operational stakeholders including healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and GGD representatives
• Gather field insights on vaccination barriers and coverage gaps to support national strategy
• Lead regional tender processes in the private market, including bid development and stakeholder engagement
• Partner with Medical, Market Access, and Public Affairs teams to ensure aligned execution
• Maintain accurate stakeholder engagement records using CRM tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
• 5-7 years in commercial operations or brand activation in pharma/vaccines
• Required field experience within the pharmaceutical space
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with HCPs and HCOs
• Strong analytical skills regarding market, clinical, and health economics data
• Knowledge of vaccines market and seasonal campaign dynamics
• Proficiency with Veeva CRM
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (verbal and written)
