UX/UI Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a technical team of 4 developers within a SCRUM environment
• Understand product vision and user expectations
• Participate in user journey design
• Create wireframes and functional prototypes using Figma and InVision Principle
• Define creative direction and perform final graphic design of interfaces
• Imagine visual identity and branding for products and services
• Specify interaction design including animations and micro-interactions
• Provide necessary elements for design hand-off including Design Systems and Lottie exports

Requirements

• Mastery of Figma and Design System approaches (Components, Styles, Variables)
• Advanced expertise in the full UX design cycle
• UI knowledge for web and mobile products
• Proficiency with interaction design tools
• Professional level of English (written and oral)
• Rigor, analytical skills, and user empathy
• Autonomy and ability to work in small teams
