Responsibilities
- Design effective marketing funnels
- Create user flows for target pages
- Generate and validate hypotheses through extensive A/B testing
- Analyze direct and indirect competitor funnels
- Analyze user behavior using internal analytics tools
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and analysts
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in web design
- High-level proficiency in Figma
- Strong knowledge of composition, typography, and color theory
- Business-oriented mindset focused on conversion growth
- Ability to present research results, concepts, and brainstorm ideas structurally
- Ability to argue design decisions and accept constructive feedback
