UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design tasks for complex, high-visibility, or strategic digital product projects.
• Ensure all decisions within the Scrum team revolve around the user and business needs.
• Propose design improvements and new ideas by challenging current solutions and workflows.
• Estimate required workload and manage project communication using design and agile methodologies.
• Contribute to the creation of design system components for web and app platforms, ensuring usability and accessibility standards are met.
• Promote a human-centered design perspective within the team and project outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital product and/or service design.
• Understanding of multichannel experiences within a digital product ecosystem.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience in digital metrics and funnel optimization.
• Deep knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD) and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research techniques, including A/B testing, usability testing, and interviews.
• Advanced skills in design software such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience designing components for both web and mobile applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Behavioral Economics and how cognitive and emotional elements influence user decision-making processes.
