UXUI Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop and design interactive prototypes that represent user experiences to propose digital product improvements
• Conduct user research to identify needs and pain points through qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Create user flows and other design artifacts to present visual proposals and ideas effectively
• Perform field research to observe and understand real-world user operations
• Document and analyze research findings to support and inform design decisions
• Conduct competitive benchmarking to stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• 2 years of proven experience in implemented UX projects
• Proficiency in Figma for design and interactive prototyping
• Experience working within Agile methodologies
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, Miro, Useberry, and Maze
• Strong user research skills, including interviews and usability testing
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (two days per week in Mexico City)
