Responsibilities

• Design beautiful user interfaces that come with intuitive and simple experiences
• Take ownership of the design process from researching and designing to delivering
• Create prototypes and conduct research as needed
• Participate in strategic decisions and bring solutions to product experiences
• Measure and improve designs using qualitative and quantitative data
• Facilitate discussions and consolidate feedback from stakeholders
• Work in cross-functional teams with engineers, product managers, and business development
• Lead and coach other designers
• Innovate by bringing knowledge of accessibility, transition animation, and analytics to the team

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a UX/UI Designer
• A portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills
• Experience designing apps or websites for iOS, Android, and web
• Strong understanding of design principles like layout, contrast, spacing, hierarchy, and typography
• Proficiency in user-centric design and design thinking concepts
• Logical and systematic approach to problem-solving
• High attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
