UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Own the development of new site standards, experiences, and modules including wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Develop UX roadmaps to identify CRO issues and propose scalable solutions
• Design AB tests to drive ongoing performance improvement
• Create adaptable designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design solutions
• Review site and consumer data to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with brand vision
• Maintain design systems, component libraries, and brand consistency

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio of user-centered projects
• Expertise in mobile, tablet, and desktop design best practices
• Proficiency in Figma
• Understanding of usability testing and accessibility standards
• Ability to interpret A/B testing, conversion, and heat map data
• Experience with Shopify Plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HTML/CSS
• Experience with animation or motion design
