UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Design marketing assets including landing pages, emails, SMS, and notifications using a data-driven and performance-oriented approach
• Ensure UX/UI consistency by adhering to brand guidelines, design systems, and technical, business, or regulatory constraints
• Drive continuous optimization of templates and guidelines through performance analysis, A/B testing, and user feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, acquisition, tracking, development, and webmastering teams

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+3 degree in digital design, UX/UI, or communication
• Approximately 5 years of experience in digital asset creation
• Mastery of UX/UI principles and conversion levers
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong data sensitivity and a performance-driven mindset
• Creativity, rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to pedagogically argue design choices
