UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product UX/UI design, including information architecture, user flows, interaction design, and interface visual design
• Independently take ownership of design projects such as trading competitions and large-scale campaigns
• Design high-quality interface animations to enhance interaction feedback and user experience
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, brand, and operations teams to drive design implementation
• Stay up to date with industry trends, AI tools, and design efficiency improvements

Requirements

• 5–8 years of design experience with proven mature project delivery
• Strong UX/UI design skills with end-to-end product design experience
• Excellent visual design capabilities
• Familiarity with motion design tools such as After Effects or Rive
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• English communication and presentation skills
• 3D design skills (Blender, C4D) or ability to use AI tools for 3D results
• Interest in and self-driven exploration of AI design tools and workflows
• Experience in finance, technology, Web3, or cryptocurrency exchanges
