UX Writer

Responsibilities

• Write and localize UX copy in Hindi and English across web, mobile, and app interfaces, including UI labels, error messages, and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams within Agile sprint cycles to deliver high-quality copy.
• Apply plain-language principles to simplify complex financial and regulatory content.
• Maintain and evolve content style guides and tone-of-voice frameworks for both Hindi and English.
• Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure all copy meets banking regulatory requirements.
• Conduct content audits and contribute to accessibility and localization best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX writing with fluency in both Hindi and English (written and spoken).
• Background in banking, financial services, or fintech.
• Hands-on experience working within Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Experience working in corporate or institutional environments, ideally within regulated financial entities.
• A portfolio demonstrating UX writing samples in both Hindi and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the GCC region with an understanding of local user behavior and cultural nuances.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Exposure to content management systems or design systems.
• Arabic language skills.
