About the Company

The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families.

Responsibilities

• Write clear, purposeful microcopy across the app and digital surfaces, including onboarding, navigation, error states, and push notifications
• Craft motivating and explanatory copy that contextualizes health data and helps members understand their health information
• Partner with product designers and engineers to ensure in-product language is consistent with Atria's warm and authoritative brand voice
• Contribute to the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, including design reviews and user research
• Develop and document UX writing guidelines, voice and tone frameworks, and content patterns
• Collaborate cross-functionally with content, product, design, legal, and ops teams
• Work with AI to ensure AI-assisted outputs feel consistent with Atria's voice and earn member trust

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience writing UX copy for consumer-facing digital products
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end case studies from concept to shipped copy
• Experience at a consumer health or wellness technology company is a strong plus
• Ability to think in systems and maintain brand voice consistency
• Experience working effectively with designers, engineers, and product managers
• Self-directed and organized with the ability to manage work across teams
• Curiosity about health, science, and longevity
