UX Researcher

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, growth and data teams to define learning goals for upcoming features and experiments
• Explore new AI-driven approaches for recruiting, analysis, and synthesis
• Conduct user sessions directly with Lovable users to gather firsthand insights
• Collaborate with data scientists to interpret behavioral data and validate qualitative findings
• Contribute to building research frameworks, templates, and best practices for scalable discovery

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in UX research, human-centered design, or a related role
• Proficiency in qualitative methods including interviews, usability testing, and concept testing
• Strong synthesis skills to distill findings into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments
• Experience working closely with designers, PMs, and data scientists

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with survey design and data analysis
• Experience working with behavioral data from analytics tools
