UX Researcher

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct generative and evaluative research to inform product strategy and design direction
• Test consumer-facing concepts, prototypes, and product experiences across key user journeys
• Partner with Product Design and Product Management to translate findings into actionable product decisions

Requirements

• 4+ years of UX research experience in digital products
• Experience conducting usability testing, concept testing, and mixed-methods research
• Ability to synthesize qualitative findings into clear themes and prioritized recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience researching with older adults, patients, or caregivers
• Background in digital health, clinical research, or health system environments
• Familiarity with accessibility research and health literacy
