UX Researcher

Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces and user experiences including wireframes and prototypes
• Conduct user research to understand needs, pain points, and preferences
• Perform usability testing to validate design focus and usability
• Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, and business leaders
• Analyze user engagement and conversion metrics to improve product effectiveness
• Maintain design documentation, style guides, and user guides
• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions
• Collaborate with development teams during implementation to ensure design fidelity

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design or human-computer interaction
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Designer in a tech company
• Proficiency in Figma and Protopie
• Expertise in user-centered design and usability testing methodologies
• Experience working in agile development environments
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent portfolio showcasing design and problem-solving skills
