UX Researcher

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end research studies across both qualitative and quantitative tracks to address business objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding research strategy, briefings, and post-study discussions.
• Design and execute diverse methodologies including IDIs, usability testing, diary studies, ethnography, and surveys.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis and data manipulation using Python, R, or SQL to ensure robust findings.
• Synthesize complex datasets into compelling, decision-ready narratives and presentations for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior researchers and partner with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in mixed-methods UX research across multiple categories or geographies.
• Proficiency in both generative and longitudinal qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Advanced skills in survey design and statistical analysis, including multivariate and inferential statistics.
• Technical expertise in data manipulation using Python, R, or SQL.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and independently managing client relationships.
• Proficiency with industry tools such as Qualtrics, User Testing, or DScout.
