UX Researcher and Service Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Develop and execute research plans including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Analyze research data to identify trends and actionable insights
• Create research reports and presentations for cross-functional stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops and ideation sessions using design thinking principles
• Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, and process flows
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure usability and accessibility
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate product and service effectiveness

Requirements

• Experience as a user researcher and/or service designer
• Advanced degree or certification in Service Design, UX Design, HCI, or related fields
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of product design processes and emerging technologies
• Ability to work effectively with Product, Tech, Data, and Business partners
• Experience with diverse research methods and reporting
• Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
