UX Researcher

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end UX research across the product lifecycle, from discovery to validation.
• Apply a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics review.
• Analyze user behavior and product performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Translate research findings and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
• Synthesize complex information into simple, structured, and easy-to-consume outputs for stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to inform product decisions and prioritization.
• Contribute to improving research workflows, templates, and best practices within the UX practice.
• Explore and apply AI tools or emerging technologies to improve research efficiency and insight generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• 5 years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and structure.
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or ophthalmology.
• Experience with UX research and product tools such as Dovetail, Maze, or Airtable.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support research synthesis or analysis.
• Experience working with product analytics or behavioral data, such as usage metrics and engagement data.
