About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end UX research across the product lifecycle, from discovery to validation.
- Apply a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics review.
- Analyze user behavior and product performance data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Translate research findings and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Synthesize complex information into simple, structured, and easy-to-consume outputs for stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to inform product decisions and prioritization.
- Contribute to improving research workflows, templates, and best practices within the UX practice.
- Explore and apply AI tools or emerging technologies to improve research efficiency and insight generation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
- 5 years of experience in UX Research, Product Research, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and structure.
- Experience working within cross-functional product teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or ophthalmology.
- Experience with UX research and product tools such as Dovetail, Maze, or Airtable.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to support research synthesis or analysis.
- Experience working with product analytics or behavioral data, such as usage metrics and engagement data.
