About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage in-product intercept surveys using Qualtrics, including advanced targeting logic and survey workflows.
- Manage Qualtrics directories and contact lists to ensure precise participant targeting and segmentation.
- Conduct comprehensive quantitative analysis of user behavior, product performance, and survey feedback to identify trends and pain points.
- Develop and automate Qualtrics dashboards to visualize key metrics and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with qualitative UX researchers to triangulate findings and provide a holistic view of user needs.
- Work with data engineering teams to integrate survey data with behavioral analytics platforms like Glassbox.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Psychology, HCI, or Business Analytics).
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, quantitative UX research, or a similar data-focused role.
- Proven expertise in designing and managing in-product intercept surveys and advanced targeting logic.
- Strong proficiency with Qualtrics, including XM Directory, embedded data, and Dashboards.
- Experience working within both B2B and B2C digital product environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing workflows and establishing directories for data access and documentation.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical data teams and non-technical product designers.
