UX Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy for complex product areas across the Aladdin platform
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and business leaders to shape product vision from concept through delivery
• Translate business strategy and customer needs into intuitive, scalable user experiences
• Drive discovery through customer research, workshops, design sprints, and iterative prototyping
• Influence product direction and executive decision-making through compelling storytelling and design rationale
• Champion design quality, systems thinking, accessibility, and consistency across the platform
• Define interaction models for AI-driven and data-intensive experiences
• Explore opportunities where AI and intelligent automation can enhance user workflows

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience designing complex digital products, including significant experience with enterprise software
• Demonstrated experience designing sophisticated financial products, investment platforms, or risk management tools
• Expertise in human-centered design, interaction design, information architecture, and UX research methodologies
• Experience designing AI-powered and data-intensive products in complex decision-support environments
• Proven ability to lead design across interconnected product ecosystems and influence product strategy
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to align diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for transparency, explainability, and trust in regulated financial systems
• Proven track record of defining interaction patterns or design systems that enable platform-wide coherence
• Ability to bring clarity to highly ambiguous problem spaces
