UX Producer

Responsibilities

• Manage design team operations, including providing support and coordination for designers and facilitating global collaboration.
• Oversee project and sprint management by managing Jira workflows, tracking ticket progress, and monitoring team bandwidth.
• Support agile practices and sprint cadence while coordinating reporting and progress tracking.
• Coordinate with product teams, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
• Advocate for the value of design and facilitate communication across distributed teams.

Requirements

• Background in the financial services sector.
• Proficiency with design tools including Figma and FigJam, specifically for whiteboarding and workflow mapping.
• Experience managing Jira workflows and ticket tracking.
• Strong understanding of UX research, design workflows, usability testing, and the end-to-end design delivery lifecycle.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
