UX Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee user experience for the Entertainment track, driving positive change across disciplines and improving processes.
• Create user-centric and visually captivating interfaces that define future user experiences.
• Collaborate with UI Leads, product teams, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manage team members across different locations, building an inclusive culture and setting up key initiatives and ceremonies.
• Lead specific workstreams and support the Product Design Director in shaping day-to-day delivery and design direction.
• Evolve efficient delivery processes through proactive impact assessment and effort estimation.
• Translate business needs into intuitive designs using data-driven methodologies including research and user testing.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of agency experience in a senior, client-facing role.
• Proven experience building relationships with senior client stakeholders and presenting design work.
• Experience running design workshops and discovery sessions to drive alignment.
• Experience setting up ways of working, processes, or design ceremonies.
• Experience working on large-scale, global digital programs within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and various prototyping tools.
• Strong knowledge of design systems, grid layouts, and typography.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Ability to demonstrate creative thinking and effective design solutions through a professional portfolio.
