UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points to define problem statements.
• Translate business needs and technical constraints into elegant, intuitive, and effective digital experiences.
• Rapidly produce concepts and prototypes to validate assumptions through frequent experimentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers in a fast-paced environment to deliver solutions across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct UX research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of design experience within a consumer-focused organization.
• Proven track record of shipping successful mobile and web experiences.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, or Miro.
• Strong visual design background with experience working with and contributing to design systems.
• Experience managing the entire product design cycle from research and wireframing to implementation.
• An online portfolio is required, demonstrating design thinking, process, and measurable impact.
• Fluency in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working on internal systems.
• Experience working within evidence-driven teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
