UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by analyzing business requirements, user journeys, and customer feedback
• Iteratively develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and both low and high-fidelity mockups
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align design with technical feasibility
• Incorporate usability findings and usage metrics into the design process to ensure the voice of the customer is heard
• Perform post-launch metrics analysis to inform continuous UX optimization efforts

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant design experience
• Proven expertise in user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, Invision, or equivalent software
• Strong ability to create user flows and detailed wireframes
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
