UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Support clients through all stages of Design Thinking, from user research and empathy to prototyping and testing
• Conduct user research including ergonomic audits, focus groups, and competitive benchmarking
• Facilitate ideation and co-conception workshops to engage stakeholders and define user journeys
• Define information architecture and create zoning, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Execute qualitative and quantitative user testing, defining protocols and proposing interface improvements
• Collaborate closely with UI Designers, Product Owners, and Developers in an agile environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD, or Axure
• Strong knowledge of UX methodologies and ergonomics principles
• Proven experience working within Agile methodologies
• Skilled in user research and testing techniques
