UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design digital products through various artifacts in coordination with team members and stakeholders
• Focus on meeting end-user needs while respecting business and technology constraints
• Create sitemaps, user flows, and content structures
• Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design intent
• Manage and maintain Design Systems and UI Kits
• Perform quality reviews of development work to ensure usability and interaction standards are met

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Figma for interface design and prototyping
• Experience creating sitemaps, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Strong knowledge of Design Systems, UI Kits, and Atomic Design principles
• Experience with Motion Design and defining digital product patterns/components
• Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis
• Strong understanding of digital and hybrid platforms and services
