UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, multiplatform design projects from initial brief through to launch.
• Translate complex investment and policy requirements into intuitive, accessible, and data-rich digital interfaces.
• Apply and evolve the design system by defining patterns, tokens, and components to ensure scalability.
• Plan and execute user research and usability studies to validate design solutions.
• Build interactive prototypes to iterate on user journeys and UX flows.
• Champion accessibility by meeting WCAG standards and supporting assistive technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Product, Engineering, Research, and Risk/Compliance.
• Facilitate design critiques and playback sessions to communicate trade-offs and design decisions.

Requirements

• Strong UX portfolio demonstrating process flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proven experience managing multiplatform products and solving complex design problems at scale.
• Expert-level knowledge of Figma.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for the finance or regulated industry sectors.
• Deep understanding of applying WCAG 2.2 criteria to design components and prototypes.
• Skills in motion design or micro-interactions.
• Experience with data analytics and experimentation.
