UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and enhance user experiences using user-centered design principles to create seamless journeys and intuitive interfaces
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Collaborate with software engineers to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with development constraints
• Test and gather user experience data through research plans and report results to stakeholders
• Work closely with UX research teams to conduct usability tests and user research
• Ensure branding and illustrations are implemented correctly across products and presentations
• Participate in project teams to develop high-quality UX solutions for various products and services

Requirements

• Degree in Design, Human Factors Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
• 2-4 years of professional work experience in design or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and Invision
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and Design Thinking
• Understanding of Information Architecture and Usability Testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)
• Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
