Responsibilities
- Responsible for UX design for in-store payment solutions including cashier POS, mobile POS, store management apps, and PC dashboards
- Conduct competitor and user research to understand market trends and user needs
- Rapidly prototype ideas to communicate concepts and build excitement
- Translate complex business needs into delightful user interfaces that showcase AI technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide high-quality, feasible design solutions
- Iterate on solutions using a user-centric approach to continuously improve experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a design-related field
- At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Deep understanding of mobile App design, guidelines, and trends
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking and UI craftsmanship
- Basic understanding of research tools and methodologies like journey maps, user interviews, and surveys
- Proficiency with prototyping and design tools such as Figma
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
