UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX design for multiple features and mid-to-large-sized product initiatives, from problem definition through final handoff
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define user needs and deliver cohesive solutions
• Produce a full range of design artifacts including sketches, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Leverage AI tools (such as Figma Make, Claude, and ChatGPT) to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, and prototyping
• Apply Lean UX and hypothesis-driven approaches to validate design decisions through user research and usability testing
• Contribute to and help maintain the Egnyte Design System to ensure consistency across the product suite
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify friction points and inform design improvements

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing B2B or B2C SaaS enterprise applications
• A strong design portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and polished execution
• Deep proficiency with Figma
• Hands-on experience working within and contributing to Design Systems
• Proficiency using AI tools (Figma Make, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) as part of a regular design workflow
• Experience as a Lean UX practitioner, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders
