UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end UX for complex product areas, owning the process from concept through final delivery
• Produce design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs in Figma
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into innovative solutions
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and interviews to iterate on designs based on feedback
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, and prototyping
• Contribute to and evolve the Egnyte Design System by applying and documenting components and patterns
• Present design rationale clearly to stakeholders and participate in constructive design critiques

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience designing B2B or B2C SaaS applications
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design thinking, user-centered problem solving, and quality execution
• High proficiency with Figma
• Experience working with or contributing to a Design System
• Familiarity with Lean UX principles and user research methods
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered features
• Growing comfort using AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini) within a design workflow
