UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories into wireframes, user flows, and high‑fidelity prototypes
• Own UX design across multiple AI and SaaS internal tools and dashboards
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation
• Conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable design decisions
• Maintain and evolve a unified design system for internal applications
• Ensure all designs follow accessibility standards (WCAG)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably in a tech or digital environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing design process and finished projects
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of inclusive design and accessibility standards

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience with a strong application-focused portfolio
• Experience designing enterprise or SaaS software end‑to‑end
• Background in agile process and interacting with business stakeholders
• Interest or background in HRIS/HR Technology-based UX design
