UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop elegant solutions to specific interaction problems while ensuring consistency across multiple products and platforms.
• Apply advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs.
• Conduct data-driven analyses to transform raw information into valuable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
• Operate with an iterative design mindset, incorporating user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Assist in the analysis of market trends and user research studies to inform strategic design thinking.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in user experience design or an equivalent role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Demonstrated experience designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channels.
• Proven ability to interpret complex data and transform it into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
