UX Designer – Automotive

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, usability tests, and field observations
• Formalize product vision by identifying target customers, expected features, and conducting feasibility studies
• Produce essential UX deliverables such as personas, empathy maps, user journeys, UX maps, Service Blueprints, and benchmarks
• Facilitate workshops and communicate research findings to multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX Research
• Mastery of qualitative research methods and UX deliverables (personas, journey maps, Service Blueprints)
• Strong skills in information architecture and product scoping
• Proven experience working in Agile environments
• Fluency in both English and French
• Experience in the automotive sector is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with research and collaboration tools such as Dovetail, Maze, Lookback, Jira, and Confluence
