UX Design Intern

Responsibilities

• Use and maintain the existing design system, contributing new components, styles, tokens, and variables
• Create high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes using Figma and AI tools like Claude
• Support the design team in exploring multiple UX/UI directions for various product features
• Use AI tools across the design workflow for research, ideation, UI exploration, and UX writing
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate requirements into clear product experiences
• Maintain visual consistency across screens by following established design system guidelines
• Review and improve designs based on feedback, usability principles, and product goals

Requirements

• Exposure to creating or maintaining Figma component libraries
• Basic understanding of SaaS products, dashboards, or productivity tools
• Familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping or no-code tools
• Basic understanding of developer handoff and how designs are implemented

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong eye for clean, polished UI and modern digital product design
• Ability to think clearly about user problems and explore multiple design directions
• Curiosity regarding AI-driven design workflows and emerging UX/UI trends
