UX Content

Responsibilities

• Define and execute content design strategies with a focus on user experience to ensure simplicity and ease of use in digital interfaces.
• Produce written content that prioritizes clarity across various interaction scenarios and digital touchpoints.
• Validate that graphic and interaction elements remain consistent with brand identity and intended messaging.
• Contribute to conversational design for voice channels and artificial intelligence integrations.
• Manage and justify content improvements, changes, or new creations through stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Degree in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience generating content for digital products.
• Experience working within the financial sector.
• Strong ability to analyze and apply UX design principles to content projects.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and validation processes.
• Intermediate conversational English skills.
• Holistic knowledge of digital product ecosystems and effective time management.
